our walls are designed to push your limits and elevate your skills.

crafting problems that are as dynamic as they are engaging

How we grade
our Boulders

At Boulder Union, we amp up the experience with our “RIC Scale.”
It’s how we keep our climbs fresh and diverse. We’re not just about INTENSITY —our routes mix in RISK (think tricky moves, not danger) and COMPLEXITY (nailing those sequences)
to keep you on your toes.

we serve up challenges that are as
unique as they are fun. And don’t sweat it — we’ve always got those classic, gritty New England test pieces
sprinkled throughout the gym.
