Climbing builds confidence, fuels focus, and gets kids moving in the best way possible. At Boulder Union, our youth programs are designed for all levels - from total beginners to future crushers. It’s active, empowering, and straight up fun.
KIDS
CLUBs
A fun, low-commitment way for young climbers to build confidence, learn skills, and climb in a supportive space. Meets weekly with a focus on growth, movement, and fun.
Ages 5 - 7
Designed to help kids explore climbing, build coordination, and gain confidence in a fun, low-pressure setting.
Ages 8 - 10
Focuses on movement, coordination, and comfort on the wall through climbing, games, and interactive lessons.
Ages 11 - 13
Introduces problem-solving, strength-building, and technique while encouraging independence and progression.
$12 Under 12 - Every SaturDay
Every Saturday, kids under 12 climb for just $12 — gear included! It’s the perfect weekend activity to get little crushers moving and having fun. Free for members. No reservations needed — just show up and send.
After school
programs
Our after school programs offer local schools and youth groups a fun, active outlet where kids can climb, connect, and grow. Sessions run 1–2 times per week for 1–2 hours and are led by experienced coaches in a supportive, team-building environment.

CAMPS
When school’s out, the fun kicks in. Our youth climbing camps run during school breaks and major holidays — packed with movement games, and plenty of sends.

Our Winter Break Camp runs between Christmas and New Year’s, with both daily and weekly sign-ups options. It’s a week of bouldering, games, and plenty of holiday energy - minus the sugar crash.

Our Midwinter (February) and Spring (April) Break Camps are designed for movement, fun, and problem-solving. These camps are offered with daily or weekly sign-ups, so you can build a schedule that works for you.

Our Summer Camp runs for 7 weeks during the summer months with weekly sign-ups only. Each week is packed with climbing, creativity, and community - ideal for kids who love to move and try something new in a supportive, high-energy space.

Our teams run in seasonal sessions, with the summer session starting June 29th 2025. Kids Club and beginner programs typically meet once a week, while team practices schedules vary by level — with options up to 3x/week for National athletes.
